I was received into the Episcopal Church in 1997 I entered the School of Deacons and was ordained in Oct. 2000.  I served as the deacon of Trinity Church, Asbury Park, and St. Raphael’s Church in Brick until I discerned a call to priesthood.  The good people of St. Raphael’s supported me during my discernment to this new call.

In 2007 I retired from my 30-year career with the Ocean County Health Dept. and began my studies at The General Theological Seminary in NYC where I earned a master’s in divinity.

 I was ordained to the priesthood in 2010, served as the Assistant Rector of St. Mary’s By the Sea in Point Pleasant Beach for one year, and the Rector of Trinity Church, Matawan for five years.  I now have the joy of being the Vicar of St. Raphael the Archangel of Brick. In 2021 I earned a Doctorate of Ministry in Transformational Preaching from The New Brunswick Theological Seminary.

I have the great privilege of serving as a spiritual director, and an instructor in the School for Ministry.
